These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NeverBlast (the "Service"). By purchasing, deploying, or using NeverBlast, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NeverBlast is an AI-powered cold email outreach platform that researches prospects, generates personalized email sequences, sends them, and manages automated follow-ups. NeverBlast is provided as a one-time purchase with a dedicated deployment and includes three months of support from the purchase date, as described on our Pricing page.

2. Your account and deployment

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when requesting a deployment, and for keeping any credentials associated with your deployment secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use NeverBlast in compliance with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws, and with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the content of the emails you send and for obtaining any consents required for the recipients you contact.

4. Payment and ownership

NeverBlast is sold as a one-time purchase for a dedicated deployment. Included support covers the first three months following purchase, as described at the time of sale. Support beyond that period may be available separately.

5. Intellectual property

NeverBlast and its underlying software remain the property of NeverBlast. Purchasing a deployment grants you the right to use the deployed instance for your own outreach; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outreach results, reply rates, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverBlast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in cases of misuse, including violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
