Acceptable Use Policy

NeverBlast is a cold email outreach tool, and how it's used matters — both for deliverability and for the people on the receiving end. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't allowed.

1. Compliance with anti-spam law

You are responsible for ensuring your use of NeverBlast complies with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws in the jurisdictions of the people you contact, including (where applicable) CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. This includes honoring unsubscribe/opt-out requests promptly.

2. Prohibited content and practices

You may not use NeverBlast to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email to purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis for contacting recipients.
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content, including false sender identities or misleading subject lines.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or links to harmful sites.
• Promote illegal products or services.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients.
• Send content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property rights.

3. Deliverability responsibility

Because NeverBlast sends email on your behalf, misuse can affect sender reputation for your domain and mailboxes. You are responsible for maintaining good list hygiene and using accurate, honest outreach content.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in suspension of your deployment. We will generally attempt to contact you first, except in cases of serious or repeated abuse.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe NeverBlast is being used to send you unwanted or abusive email, contact us and we will investigate.
